For the past eleven years, John Mercy has served as a mediator for parties involved in disputes, but wishing to forgo the trial process John has served as a mediator in over 1000 cases. Recognized for his ability to effectively play the role of a private judge, John is frequently asked to arbitrate disputes for parties. Drawing on over twenty years of litigation experience, John is also frequently called on by private parties to negotiate on their behalf in a wide range of business and personal issues.
