David Carter concentrates his practice in the areas of personal injury, product liability, consumer and business litigation. He represents both plaintiffs and defendants and has successfully litigated numerous cases involving unfair insurance practices, wrongful death, products liability claims, and commercial disputes. Mr. Carter also has experience in tobacco litigation, asbestos and other mass tort litigation, anti-trust cases, patent litigation, and class actions. Courts in Texas and Arkansas have appointed him to try capital murder cases in which the death penalty was sought.

- Mr. Carter received a BA degree from the University of Central Arkansas in 1982. He received his JD from the University of Arkansas School of Law at Little Rock in 1985. He served as a law clerk for Circuit Judge Perry V. Whitmore before entering private practice.
