John Mercy concentrates his practice in the areas of personal injury, product liability, mediation and civil appeals. He represents both plaintiffs and defendants and has successfully litigated numerous cases involving personal injury, wrongful death, products liability, nursing home litigation and business disputes. Mr. Mercy also has experience in automobile litigation, professional liability litigation, and class actions. In addition, Mr. Mercy has served as a mediator or arbitrator in over 750 cases.

- Mr. Mercy received a BA degree in political science, psychology and history, from Austin College in 1979. He received his JD from Baylor University School of Law in 1982. He served as a law clerk for Justice Charles Bleil, Associate Justice 6th Court of Appeals, before entering private practice.
